Clear terms before you book

We lay out the key points openly – so you know exactly what you can rely on.

  • Minimum number of participants

    Our trips run once the minimum number of participants is reached. Should a trip not go ahead, we will inform you in good time and refund any payments made in full.

  • Changes to the itinerary

    We reserve the right to make changes due to weather, traffic conditions or organisational requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes without delay.

  • Binding booking

    Your reservation is confirmed as binding once the agreed deposit has been received. You will receive the confirmation and all travel documents by e-mail.

  • Travel information

    Departure times, meeting points and all further details will be sent to you no later than five days before departure.
