Global Agency Network
Your incoming agency for all of Europe
Big Bus Europa works as a destination management company for tour operators worldwide: transport, hotels, guides and itinerary planning from a single source – at B2B net rates.
For tour operators
Europe is where we operate – not just a destination
We are a German coach company with our own fleet. For operators from Japan, Korea, China, Southeast Asia, the Gulf region and Türkiye we handle the entire on-the-ground operation in Europe.
Quote within 24 hours

Our own fleet, not a broker
We dispatch vehicles from our own fleet and guarantee a replacement within 24 hours.
24 countries, one contact
Multi-country itineraries are handled by a single dispatch team – no hand-offs from partner to partner.
Multilingual support
German, English and Turkish in-house; Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean through our guide network.

Capacity
7 to 81 seats per vehicle – for large groups we run convoys under a single dispatch.

Legal framework
Who drives, who is liable, and in what
These details usually sit in the legal notice. For you as a buyer they belong here — they are the points your legal department will check anyway.
- Operating coach company
- Aydin VLD GmbH, Dortmund
- The transport itself is carried out by a named, licensed operator. You know who drives before you book.
- Operating licence
- Concession under PBefG
- The German Passenger Transport Act licence for commercial coach operation.
- Cross-border
- EU Community Licence
- Required for journeys outside Germany. Our multi-country programmes run on this basis.
- Vehicles and drivers
- Our own
- No brokering to subcontractors. If a vehicle has to be swapped at short notice, we decide it ourselves.
We deliberately show no association logos and no certificates here. What is listed above can be evidenced; anything else we would only write once it can be.
Driving and rest times
What EU Regulation 561/2006 means for your programme
The most common reason a programme works on paper but not on the road is driving time. That is why the limits are stated here, not buried in the small print.
| Rule | Limit | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Daily driving time | max. 9 hrs | up to 10 hrs twice a week |
| Continuous driving | max. 4.5 hrs | then a 45-min break (splittable into 15 + 30 min) |
| Daily rest | min. 11 hrs | reducible to 9 hrs three times a week |
| Weekly driving time | max. 56 hrs | within a 60-hour total working week |
| Two-week total | max. 90 hrs | across two consecutive weeks |
In practice: we cannot sell you a fourteen-hour day trip with one driver. What we do instead is schedule a second driver, split the leg, or move the hotel location. Which of the three costs less, we tell you in the quote.
Frequently asked
What tour operators ask us most
- What exactly do you handle as a DMC?
- We handle the ground services in Europe: transport with our own fleet, route and programme planning, hotel and restaurant bookings, licensed guides, and support throughout the journey. You sell the tour in your market; we operate it on the ground.
- Do you own the coaches or do you broker them?
- The vehicles are ours and the drivers are our own staff — from a 7-seat VIP van to an 81-seat double-decker. That is the difference from brokers: if a vehicle has to be swapped at short notice, we decide it ourselves instead of asking a subcontractor.
- How quickly do we receive a quote?
- You receive a binding quote within 24 hours. We need the route, travel dates, participant numbers and the hotel category you want. For complex multi-country tours we come back with questions first rather than sending an imprecise figure.
- Which markets do your partners come from?
- We actively serve twelve markets: Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Türkiye. Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, the USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia and Thailand are in preparation.
- Which languages do you work in?
- Our team works in German, English and Turkish. For groups from other markets we provide licensed guides in the relevant language through our partner network — the language is agreed when the quote is prepared, not on arrival.
- Where can we meet you in person?
- You will find us at ITB Berlin (every March), Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, MATTA Fair in Kuala Lumpur and Tourism EXPO Japan in Tokyo or Osaka. Meeting requests are arranged in advance.
- What group sizes do you take?
- From small groups of 7 people to large groups carried by several coaches running together. A single double-decker seats 81; beyond that we operate multiple vehicles on one shared schedule.
- Do you also work with trade fair and congress groups?
- Yes. For exhibitors and delegations travelling in from abroad to a German trade fair we have a dedicated page covering airport pick-up, hotel–venue shuttles and intercity transfers.
- Which countries does your operating area cover?
- Our operating area is Europe, not only Germany. Multi-country tours — Germany, France, Benelux, Switzerland and Austria, for example — are planned and driven end to end with one contact and one contract.
- How does the cooperation start?
- Send us the route and the key details; we reply within 24 hours with a fixed-price quote. Once you confirm, you get a dedicated contact who stays with the group from arrival to departure.
