Big Bus Europa GmbH organizes, sells, and coordinates bus tours, coach hire, group trips, replacement services, emergency transport, and trips with additional travel services. For bus-only journeys, chartered coach trips, or individual seat bookings, Big Bus Europa GmbH handles organization, online sales, booking processing, brokerage, and customer communication. The actual bus transport is provided by a designated, licensed transport company with the necessary permits under the Passenger Transport Act and, where required, the corresponding EU/Community license. For trips where bus transport and accommodation or other travel services are offered as a package, Big Bus Europa GmbH may act as the tour operator. In this case, the statutory regulations governing package travel also apply.
